Optimalisasi Product Requirements Document (PRD) untuk Klarifikasi Kebutuhan Klien dalam Pengembangan Fitur Layanan pada Sistem Nolimitz

Kurangnya dokumentasi kebutuhan yang sistematis sering menyebabkan miskomunikasi antara klien dan tim pengembang, yang berujung pada revisi berulang dan hasil yang tidak sesuai ekspektasi. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, penelitian menggunakan studi kasus pada pengembangan fitur booking service di CV. NoLimitz Indonesia dengan pendekatan Agile. Metodenya meliputi pengumpulan data, identifikasi masalah, dan penyusunan Product Requirements Document (PRD) secara kolaboratif yang berisi user flow, mockup, dan acceptance criteria. Hasilnya, PRD terbukti efektif menyamakan persepsi, mengurangi miskomunikasi, dan meningkatkan arah serta efisiensi pengujian fitur. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa PRD berfungsi sebagai panduan konkret yang mengurangi ambiguitas selama proses pengembangan. Kesimpulannya, PRD menjadi alat dokumentasi yang krusial untuk mendukung komunikasi lintas peran dalam proyek berbasis Agile, serta memastikan keselarasan antara kebutuhan klien dan implementasi sistem.
