Keberhasilan pelayanan kesehatan sebuah rumah sakit sangat bergantung terhadap kualitas tenaga kesehatan yang dimiliki oleh rumah sakit, salah satunya adalah tenaga perawat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja perawat di RS. Ridogalih baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Desain penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif melalui pendekatan survei kepada responden melalui kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat di RS. Ridogalih tahun 2022 berjumlah 48 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan sampling jenuh. Sampling jenuh ialah pengambilan sampel apabila semua populasi digunakan sebagai sampel dan dikenal juga dengan istilah sensus, dimana sampel diambil perawat di RS. Ridogalih yaitu sebanyak 48 sampel. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS Ver. 26 yang terdiri dari analisis uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, korelasi, regresi serta hipotesis parsial dan simultan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Hubungan antara kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja perawat di RS. Ridogalih adalah sangat kuat dengan hubungan yang bersifat positif atau searah. Secara parsial dan simultan terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja perawat.

ABSTRACT
The success of a hospital's health services is very dependent on the quality of the health workers owned by the hospital, one of which is a nurse. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership, work environment and organizational commitment on the performance of nurses in hospitals. Ridogalih either partially or simultaneously. The design of this study was carried out using quantitative methods through a survey approach to respondents through questionnaires. The population in this study were nurses at the hospital. Ridogalih in 2022 amounted to 48 people. Sampling technique with saturated sampling. Saturated sampling is sampling if all the population is used as a sample and is also known as a census, where the sample is taken by nurses at the hospital. Ridogalih as many as 48 samples. The analytical tool used is SPSS Ver. 26 which consists of analysis of validity, reliability, normality, correlation, regression as well as partial and simultaneous hypotheses. Based on the results of the study showed that the relationship between leadership, work environment, and organizational commitment partially and simultaneously on the performance of nurses in hospitals. Ridogalih is very strong with a positive or unidirectional relationship. Partially and simultaneously there is a significant influence between leadership, work environment, and organizational commitment on nurse performance.
