Abstract

ABSTRAK


            Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Mendeskripsikan realitas program, 2) Menjelaskan dampak pelaksanaan program, 3) Mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung dan penghambat dari pelaksanaan program di Kelompok Kerja Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Kalijati Kabupaten Subang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah normatif, pedagogis dan psikologis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) realitas program KKG PAI SD di Kecamatan Kalijati Kabupaten Subang dilaksanakan dalam 2 bentuk yakni pertemuan rutin dan pertemuan insidental. 2) Dampak pelaksanaan program Kelompok Kerja Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Kalijati Kabupaten Subang antara lain: menambah wawasan, pengetahuan, dan kemampuan guru PAI SD dalam meningkatkan mutu proses pembelajaran di kelas; guru dapat bekerja sama dalam penyusunan prota, promes, silabus, RPP, guru dapat menguasai secara mendalam materi yang akan diajarkan kepada peserta didik; serta dapat mengetahui bakat dan minat peserta didik yang tersalurkan dalam kegiatan Pentas Seni PAI. 3) Faktor pendukung pelaksanaan kegiatan KKG PAI SD dalam peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru di Kecamatan Kalijati Kabupaten subang, antara lain: (a) faktor pendidikan, (b) faktor usia, (c) faktor motivasi, sedangkan faktor penghambat pelaksanaan kegiatan KKG PAI SD di Kecamatan Kalijati Kabupaten Subang, antara lain: (a) faktor sarana dan prasarana, (b) faktor dana, (c) faktor penguasaan IT yang belum maksimal dan merata.

ABSTRACT


The aims of this study were: 1) to describe the reality program, 2) to describe the impact of implementing the program, 3) to describe the supporting factors and obstacles to the implementation of the Elementary School Islamic Religious Education Teacher Working Group program in Kalijati District, Subang Regency. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research. The research approach used is normative, pedagogical and psychological. The results of this study are: 1) the reality of the Elementary School Islamic Religious Education Teacher Working Group program in Kalijati District, Subang Regency is carried out in 2 forms, namely routine meetings and incidental meetings. 2) The impact of the implementation of the Elementary School Islamic Religious Education Teacher Working Group program in Kalijati District, Subang Regency, includes: adding insight, knowledge, and the ability of Elementary School Islamic Education teachers to improve the quality of the learning process in class; teachers can work together in preparing prota, promissory notes, syllabus, lesson plans, teachers can master in depth the material to be taught to students; as well as being able to find out the talents and interests of students channeled in Islamic Religious Education Art Performance activities. 3) Factors supporting the implementation of Elementary School Islamic Religious Education Teacher Working Group activities in increasing teacher pedagogical competence in Kalijati District, Subang Regency, include: (a) educational factors, (b) age factors, (c) motivational factors, while factors inhibiting the implementation of Elementary School Islamic Religious Education Teacher Working Group activities in Kalijati District, Subang Regency, including: (a) facilities and infrastructure factors, (b) funding factors, (c) IT mastery factors that have not been maximized and evenly distributed.
