Abstract

Perkembangan dalam pengembangan game semakin maju. Berbagai genre game bermunculan dan kini di dominasi oleh game genre MOBA dan FPS Battle Royal yang merupakan subgenre game aksi. Game jenis platformer menjadi kurang peminatny aterutama di Indonesia, sedangkan di luar Indonesia game platformer masih banyak diminati oleh pemain dan bahkan dijadikan sebuah bahan pertandingan. Pembangunan game Ivira dibuat dengan tujuan mengenalkan game platformer kepada pemain yang baru bermain game platformer dan menawarkan game ini kepada pemain yang berpengalaman dan peminat game platformer. Dengan gaya pixel art, game Ivira menawarkan nuansa game retro. Disamping sebagai sarana hiburan, game Ivira juga dapat melatih refleks dan problem solving bagi pemain.
